Legendary Marketer Review: Because so many of you have requested it, it is now time to conduct a Legendary Marketer Review!
You've had a gnawing thought in the back of your mind for as long as you can remember.
What if you didn't have to work in order to make a living?
Didn't it seem like a pipe dream?
People have never actually had to labor for other people to make a living, unless they were slaves or in some type of indentured servitude, or committed their lives to serving the nobility.
To be honest, it's not my thing.
The brand's overall attitude didn't appeal to me. It seems to be geared for newcomers hoping for a “ticket to freedom and wealth.”
When I was 13, I began working in digital marketing and had my first six-figure exit when most of my peers were still in high school. All of them are self-taught.
Since then, I've ranked hundreds of websites, founded and sold many marketing businesses, and spoken at some of SEO's most prestigious conferences.
There are no “aha” moments, no shortcuts (nearly), no get-rich-quick schemes, and no miraculous mentality shifts that will lead to success.
I was so taken aback that I decided to write this review to correct the record.
I'll go through the following topics in my review:
- What does it mean to be a Legendary Marketer?
- For whom is Legendary Marketer created?
- Everyone is interested in the flagship products.
- Whether or if the high-priced items are worthwhile.
- The reason why this isn't a pyramid scam is because.
- Marketer pricing legend.
- Whether or whether the price is justified.
It may appear to be straightforward. The simplicity, however, ends there. Now it's time to get down to business. To be a successful affiliate marketer, you must have a thorough understanding of the industry you're entering and the product you want to promote.
Aside from that, you must understand that, while you will be selling a company's product as an affiliate, you will not be the only one involved in the transaction. There are four of you in total.
- The Merchant is the first party to get involved. They are also referred to as the product's creator or vendor. Anyone can be a merchant, whether it's a Fortune 500 corporation or a single person selling pairs of therapeutic socks, as long as they have a product to sell.
- The affiliate, often known as the publisher, can be either a company or an individual. Depending on the extent of activities, these are the people in charge of marketing the products, which may come from a single merchant or numerous. This is where you enter the picture.
- The Customer: Probably the most crucial aspect of this partnership. If customers do not spend, the merchant does not profit, and you, as the affiliate, do not profit from the sale you assisted in making. The affiliate will have to be creative in order to reach the consumer, as they will have to advertise on platforms such as social media or their own blogs. The affiliate choose whether or not to inform the customer. The retailer may require the affiliate to inform the potential customer that they are visiting an affiliate website.
- The Network: These have evolved to become an important element of the affiliate marketing relationship, although not being traditionally part of it. In the interaction between a merchant and their affiliate, they have evolved into a go-between. In other circumstances, the merchant will only work with a network because that is where their affiliate program is managed.
What Does It Mean to Be a Legendary Marketer?
Legendary Marketer is an online training institution for aspiring digital entrepreneurs that includes digital courses, eBooks, one-on-one coaching, support groups, and even live networking events where students may meet six- and seven-figure entrepreneurs. David Sharpe is the company's founder and CEO.
The company creates beginner, intermediate, and advanced training materials for cheap, middle, and high prices.
It's one of the most extensive, well-known, and user-friendly marketing schools available.
Let me summarize it for you in a few words:
Legendary Marketer is an online community of successful affiliate marketers and online business owners who provide training courses, offer coaching, and network at events. It's not just one product; it's a collection of them.
What Makes Legendary Marketer So Famous?
Legendary Marketer is one of the most well-known online marketing training firms since it is one of the few that provides complete, entry-level instruction for as little as $1.99.
The Insider's Guide to Affiliate Marketing is one of the best beginner affiliate marketing books I've ever read, and it's only $2.
Imagine a university that provided students classes on anything from fundamental marketing to private masterminds with high-earning entrepreneurs, yet only paid $2 – $7 for actual courses.
Of course, high-level training programs are extremely expensive. However, if you achieve that level, you are unlikely to be concerned about the cost.
Is the Legendary Marketer program a rip-off?
Legendary Marketer isn't a rip-off. Except for one-on-one coaching, I've gone through most of the packages, and they're packed with useful information that can help you establish a business.
David provides training materials, coaching, and live events to HELP YOU BUILD A BUSINESS, as well as an affiliate network that allows experienced marketers to earn money for referrals. You must put in the effort or you will receive nothing.
He makes no guarantees that this will make you wealthy or earn you money overnight.
His disclaimer, on the other hand, says exactly the opposite:
He even claims that affiliate income programs yield between $500 and $2000 on average.
A scam, in my opinion, is a deceitful enterprise that promises you the moon in order to defraud you of your money.
That is NOT what a Legendary Marketer is. David promises in-depth, cutting-edge training as well as an equitable referral program. And, for the most part, he follows through.
I'll tell it how it is. Some of the branding components, such as the “15-day business builder challenge” and the “live your dreams” atmosphere, don't appeal to me. That, however, is not a ruse. It's only a matter of personal taste.
It's a different question whether some of his products are worth the high price tag. I'll get to that a little later.
Is Legendary Marketer Scam or Legit?
Yes, Legendary Marketer is completely legitimate. I've been following LM for a long, and most individuals who claim it's a “scam” didn't work hard enough or put David's teaching to good use, based on my talks with people in the field and evaluations on the web. The only thing that makes me feel “scammy” is how pushy the one-on-one business advisers are with upsells.
For Whom Is Legendary Marketer Created?
Legendary Marketer is aimed mostly at complete novices, lower-level, and intermediate marketers who want to understand the fundamentals of all successful internet enterprises in order to start their own.
That's actually one of my favorite aspects of it.
Rather than only teaching you how to develop one sort of business, you will discover the essential concepts that underpin all successful businesses, allowing you to confidently pursue any path you like. Once you've mastered the fundamentals, you can branch out into any industry you desire.
For example, after completing the 15-Day Business Builder Challenge, you'll have the foundation of knowledge needed to launch a profitable affiliate site, e-commerce business, or even a YouTube channel. Simply pick one that interests you and begin learning more about it.
In general, I don't believe any of the training sections are exceptional. It's more that they're straightforward and easy to understand. You also get a one-on-one advisor and regular assessments to ensure that you're learning (which is ideal for individuals like me…).
Is Legendary Marketer a Scam? Pros and Cons: Is Legendary Marketer a Scam?
I'll admit that my assumptions about David and Legendary Marketer were incorrect. It's definitely 100 percent legit after going through the training. It's not my favorite content, and I'm not a fan of the “lifestyle business” feelings, but there's plenty to like.
My three favorite items are as follows:
- Low-cost, high-quality entry-level training
The majority of free eBooks, courses, and videos teach you nothing. They exist solely to obtain your email address so that the corporation can contact you with upsell offers.
This isn't the case.
Legendary Marketer's entry-level goods, particularly the Insider's Guide to Affiliate Marketing, are jam-packed with useful information. I expected it to be another frivolous eBook, but I found myself nodding in agreement, as if to say, “hey, that's a nice point!”
It includes detailed information on:
- How do you locate a niche product?
- How do you pick a niche that has a proven buyer base?
- How to create a simple product website
- How to organize a promotion
- Secrets of Scaling
You'll also receive a personal business consultation from a member of David's staff. For $1.99, it's not terrible!
Obviously, they'll try to sell you other things once you've signed up, but they're all high-value, so why not take a look?
- There's a fantastic affiliate program.
For a few important reasons, Legendary Marketer's affiliate program is one of the best in the industry.
- Entry-Level Items: Because there are so many fantastic entry-level products available, new users are more inclined to sign up. This increases your chances of earning a commission by giving you more “bite at the apple.” Let's say someone signs up for the $1.99 eBook but then purchases something more expensive. You'll be paid a commission on that as well.
- You gain access to custom funnels for a variety of goods, including the Copywriter's Playbook, Business Challenge Black, and 15 Second Free Leads. They share ClickFunnels funnels, allowing you to integrate and customize them in your own ClickFunnels.
NOTE: The backend is also highly informative and talks you through everything step-by-step so you can advertise the goods more effectively and earn more commissions. In an industry full of indifferent sellers who expect their affiliates to “figure it out,” that's a nice touch.
- Pricing that is simple to understand.
Some of the major purchases are quite pricey. But, when you think about it, Legendary Marketer is actually quite affordable.
Please hear me out…
The 15-day challenge is merely $7, and their flagship product, the Legendary Marketers Club, is $30 each month. It's a big book, so give yourself a few of months to get through it. If you're not sure after three months, simply cancel. Congratulations, you've now learned a lot about marketing for only $97. That's a fraction of the price of other mid-level marketing courses, which may run upwards of $400.
What I didn't care for
As I previously stated, this is not my preferred reading material. Not to brag, but I've been in the game since I was a kid, so I'm not really learning anything new here, with the exception of certain YouTube and TikTok content (it's not only for silly dance videos?).
The following are some of my least favorite things:
- Increasing commissions by upgrading
This is the first time I've ever seen anything like it. This could be the source of a lot of the “MLM” chatter. It's certainly not the case, but it appears that way at first.
You must be a Pro member to gain access to higher commission rates. The two plans are as follows:
Basic: Basic is free, and you earn 10-30% commission based on a variety of parameters.
Pro: 30-60% commissions, but it'll set you back $29.95 every month.
Here's how I see it. The majority of commissions for digital courses/training are between 30 and 50%.
It's a lot of money, but 50-60% is a lot of money. To get your money back each month, all you have to do is make roughly $60 in sales at a 50% rate. If someone buys the $2 eBook and subsequently buys the $1500 Traffic Blueprint, you just made almost $700 while sleeping. It's not extremely likely, but it's feasible.
This membership is a win-win for both parties if you have a lot of traffic.
This type of strategy also improves the quality of affiliates significantly. A free affiliate scheme dilutes the pool and lowers the quality of each review/promotion, perhaps harming David's reputation—something he's trying to avoid these days.
So, I'm not fond of it… But I understand.
- I'm not fond of the atmosphere.
Sorry, but I'm simply not your type of person. I'm not a fan of the “achieve your ambitions” and “4 Hour Workweek” sentiments that many courses promote.
It always feels like it's about the dream rather than the training itself.
One of the few products on the market that genuinely works is David's.
To be honest, I think I'm just jaded after watching so many similar items fail to match David's level of expertise.
I learned everything from the ground up through hard work and trial and error, so I'm a little jaded when it comes to “lifestylepreneurs.” I'm not claiming David is one of them. He not only talks the talk, but he also walks the walk, which I like.
It's just not my taste.
- The list of countries that are restricted is restrictive.
The list of countries that have been prohibited is quite long.
If you're an affiliate, this can be really aggravating. If someone in one of the nations hits on one of your links, attempts to sign up, but is unable to, it could harm your sales and reputation.
Overall, the advantages outnumber the disadvantages in this case. Especially if you like the brand's vibe more than I do.
The Legendary Marketer's Club ($30/month) is the fifth option.
Legendary Marketer's Club is the company's premier subscription offering (like Netflix for online marketing instruction). I'm normally a fan of structured, step-by-step training, but this is a fantastic “hands-off” library with a wealth of high-value instruction.
This is how it works…
David and his crew have produced video series on a variety of marketing issues, from YouTube to leveraging narrative to increase product sales. You will have access to all of the series after you have subscribed, including in-depth interviews with successful business professionals. FIRE was the one with Nathan Lucas.
You can choose the ones you want to view.
Do you want to witness how a real YouTube channel grew from zero to 250,000 subscribers? It's right there.
You'll also get replays of successful entrepreneurs' live weekly training sessions.
Every week, Matt, Legendary's CMO, hosts a webinar on a different marketing topic. Consider it a lengthy “pick his brain” session with someone who works behind the scenes of a massively successful company.
David's team is only available through Legendary Marketer, therefore you won't find them anywhere else (albeit we are Linkedin friends). There are almost 1,500 minutes of films as of this writing, so you'll have plenty of viewing time ahead of you.
NOTE: There is a 30-day money-back guarantee, so if after the first month you don't think you've learnt anything, simply cancel and you'll receive your money back.
High-Ticket Items by a Legendary Marketer
The value ladder of a Legendary Marketer is STEEP.
They provide you with a lot of value for a low price in order to get you into the ecosystem. They start aggressively pitching you high-ticket products once you're in.
It's a little too harsh for my tastes. On the aggression scale, I'd give it an 8 out of 10. I prefer to maintain it at or near a 5. You don't want to appear desperate, do you?
All of David's high-ticket items, on the other hand, are quite valuable.
Here are my ideas on the subject.
University of Traffic
A step-by-step (or should I say click-by-click) training course on how to scale your business quickly by advertising on Facebook, YouTube, Google, and Instagram.
I like how they take it a step further and show you how to create high-converting, compliance landing pages for those advertisements.
Even at the high price point, there are nine separate courses in one, giving it a wonderful value.
Here's a lesson I learned the hard way: Paid traffic converts at a far higher rate than organic traffic. It's the simplest and quickest way to triumph in online marketing.
It can take months or even years for organic traffic to begin to flow in. And, especially in the beginning, social media traffic is hit or miss. Paid advertisements are displayed immediately in front of the eyes of potential customers. Mastering this ability can help you launch your company much more quickly.
The problem is that it is NOT CHEAP.
It's a lot more palatable when you divide it by 9.
Conclusion: Although Traffic University, which was previously part of the Traffic Rolodex, is a pricey course, it is well worth it. I recommend it if you're already successful. It might be wise to reserve it for later if you're just starting out on your quest. Prioritize laying the groundwork before diving into sponsored advertising. You could lose a lot of money if you make a mistake.
The Affiliate Marketing Business Blueprint ($2,500) is the eighth item on the list.
The Affiliate Marketing Business Blueprint is a step-by-step guide to creating a successful affiliate income online, covering how to choose the best affiliate networks, identify a product, and bring in traffic.
To be honest, I believe it's a little pricey, especially when you realize that there are elite affiliate training courses for $1,000 or less. And, to be honest, a handful of them are superior to David's. Certainly, the majority of the content is excellent. However, he spends a significant amount of time explaining what affiliate marketing is. I'm quite sure I already knew all of this, so I tuned it out.
The Decade in a Day workshop, on the other hand, might make up for the astronomical price. Imagine two highly successful affiliate marketers taking you through a tried-and-true affiliate company and then showing you how to run advertisements like a pro. Then you get the same templates they use so you can create your own campaign.
Finally, as an added plus, you will be able to attend live events. I've never been to one, so I can't comment. However, I'm sure there's a lot of value in networking with other businesses, so I don't see how that could be harmful.
Conclusion: David's teaching is excellent, but the $2,500 one-time fee is exorbitant. It's a decent deal if you enjoy the idea of a webinar and live events (which most other courses don't). You'll undoubtedly discover how to set up affiliate commissions as a source of revenue. You'll quickly recoup your investment if you can start bringing $1,000+ every month. If you don't intend to attend the events or use the webinar, you might wish to look for a less expensive option.
Business Blueprint for Digital Products ($2,500)
Look, there's more blueprints.
In my perspective, the Digital Products Business Blueprint is genuine gold.
Selling tangible items is extremely taxing on your mind and body. Staff, a manufacturing, a warehouse, shipping alternatives, and a distribution strategy are all required. Oh, and that's presuming you spend time and money developing a product that has no guarantee of success.
Digital items, on the other hand, demand only patience, determination, and a little understanding of marketing. You only need to build up a sales page and drive traffic to it if you create an eBook or a course. The user then just clicks Buy Now to complete the transaction.
This blueprint will show you how to turn your hobby (sigh) into a virtual product, organize your curriculum, carry out the project, and attract your first consumers.
Consider this: you may be making a regular passive income from a digital product that requires absolutely no maintenance after it's up and running in a month's time.
So, what makes me prefer this template to the affiliate blueprint?
Don't get me wrong: The Affiliate Marketing Business Blueprint is a fantastic product. However, there are other additional affiliate marketing courses available. I've taken a lot of affiliate courses, and some of them are better than David's. The webinars and live events compensate, but that isn't my thing.
His digital product plan is superior to the affiliate one, and there is significantly less competition, at least to my knowledge.
So, while they're both excellent items, the digital one has far fewer competitors.
A Few Remarks
Because I don't foresee much interest in these ultra-high-end items, I'll just go through them quickly.
To begin, I'd want to express my admiration for David's ability to precisely define the four high-income internet business models and design an in-depth course on each. It demonstrates that he is well-versed in the subject. He's been able to diversify to the point where he now generates money from ALL OF THESE STRATEGIES. That is something I greatly admire.
Anyway, let's get this party started.
Business Plan for Coaching and Consulting
Not a fan of affiliate marketing or digital products? Do you prefer something that is more service-based?
Becoming a consultant in a particular field is a low-cost, no-overhead approach to make money quickly.
All you need is knowledge, a solution to a problem, and a strategy for spreading the news.
This course covers the following topics:
- What is the best way to define your niche?
- Accepting payments: a guide
- What are the best ways to find the proper advertising channels?
- What is the best way to get qualified leads?
- How to Make a Great Client Pitch
This could be a quick way to earn a consistent income if you have specific knowledge. My only complaint is that becoming a consultant is quite difficult. You must be quite knowledgeable. You'd better know what you're doing if you start charging a few hundred dollars an hour.
As a newbie, $2,500 is a bit much to pay. So, I'd hold off until you've mastered a specific skill. Please feel free to contact me if you have prior expertise with copywriting or paid advertisements, for example.
Business Blueprint for Live Events and Masterminds
This course will teach you how to put on live events while saving money and making a profit.
I'd love to tell you everything about it, but it's not available right now for some reason.
What I do know is that this teaches you how to organize events, hire people, create a nice environment, and attract repeat customers.
As a beginning, this is a significant time and financial investment, but with enough expertise in the sector, you can start generating serious money with live events.
Marketer Pricing Legendary
The costs are listed above, but you can see everything right here.
The price is confusing because there is a suite of items that range from $1 eBooks to hundreds of dollars in coaching.
Here's the most crucial information:
- ($1.99) Affiliate eBook
- The 15-Day Business Builder Challenge ($7) is a seven-day challenge to help you grow your business.
- The 2022 Copywriter's Playbook ($1)
- $1,497 for Traffic University
- The Legendary Marketer's Club ($30/month) is a membership club for seasoned marketers.
- ($2,500) Affiliate Marketing Business Blueprint
- Blueprint for a Digital Products Business ($2,500)
Final Thoughts: Is the Legendary Marketer Worth the Investment?
I was completely amazed after looking over David's wares.
I was first hesitant, but the majority of his training materials are excellent.
Overall, I believe Legendary Marketer is well worth the money. There are, however, certain drawbacks.
The low-cost items are well worth the investment. The eBook, Copywriter's Playbook, and Business Builder Challenge are all ridiculously inexpensive and packed with loads of tips and tricks that will help you create a livelihood online.
The monthly subscription to the Legendary Marketer's Club is also well worth it. Even the weekly webinar, much alone the video series, might be worth it. For $30 a month, you have direct access to the minds of seven and eight-figure corporate executives. Please accept my request.
The Affiliate Marketing Business Blueprint is the only one I'm not sure about. If you plan on attending the live events, it's fantastic, but if you don't, there are cheaper options available. The Digital Products Business Blueprint, on the other hand, is really valuable and will undoubtedly be my future source of revenue.
Overall, Legendary Marketer is well worth the money.
